About Dan-Kel Concrete Cutting
Established in 1983 as a family-owned business, current owner and president Kelly Conlon and her husband Dana, created what has become the premier concrete coring, drilling, sawing and demolition company in the Southeast, Dan-Kel Concrete Cutting.
Fully equipped with the tools and knowhow to take on any concrete project from a one-core drill at a residence to complete bridge demolition, Dan-Kel can take on any size project. We have offices in Myrtle Beach, SC, Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC, Richmond, VA, and Atlanta, GA. We are licensed in NC, SC, GA, VA, WV, FL, and AL. For larger jobs we pull resources from multiple locations to ensure the work is completed on time.
History
Dan-Kel Concrete Cutting was established in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 1983 by Dana and Kelly Conlon. Dana grew the company from a one-employee setup to a 15-person crew during a 25 year period, building strong relationships with many of the most respected contractors in the area. Although now retired, Dana is still relied upon for his knowledge and experience.
Family
DJ Conlon grew up working in the family business and began his full-time career immediately out of college. He has grown the company exponentially with fresh ideas and innovative ways of optimizing the efficiency of the company.
Today
Kelly Conlon owns the majority of the company and is the President and CEO, managing the various locations and overseeing the company’s financial operations.
